Today I got up early to finish up a couple of my papers and study for my Philosophy final. We didn't have class until 2pm today, so it gave me time to finish up my last bits of homework.
My final is over!! I have never been so excited to be done with two classes. This excitement is most likely coming from the fact that I get to hop on a cruise ship in four days.
The rest of the day was a little bit stressful. Always waiting until the last minute, we just decided to take a day trip to Normandy tomorrow. After a million searches we booked a hostel for tomorrow night here in Paris and managed to reserve train seats for the train ride down to Bari on Saturday. We still aren't sure how we are getting back to London next Sunday - this may be a problem!? We wanted to book a flight on a cheap airline but didn't realize you can only have one bag of luggage that weights appx. 30 lbs. You can probably guess that's a big problem for most of us. We would most likely end up paying more to take our luggage that the plane ticket itself. All I have to say is thank God I sent my whole duffel bag home with my Oma and Opa. I may not have made it through the next few days. Maybe I should go to bed now - it's almost 2am and I have to get up in four hours!
