Beach Walk and Orient Hotel Bar

This morning we headed back to the beach. This time we did the beach walk from Bondi to Bronte Beach. It's a beautiful walk all along the coastline. There are even places where you can climb rocks and go right down to the water. It was amazing! For the rest of the day we just laid out on the beach and played in the water...
At around 4pm we headed back to do some grocery shopping. The group has settled down a bit with the whole "going out to dinner" thing, which is really nice because it's a lot cheaper to eat in! Tonight we went down to The Rocks to try the bars down there. We went to some bar called the Orient Hotel and it was a lot of fun. They also had live music and a lot of it was American. The bars down here all seem to have really good bands. Every night we seem to head home by 2am or so. Australian's go out a lot earlier than we do at home though. The bars are packed by 6 or 7pm. It's funny that when you have the chance to stay out late, you don't take advantage of it...but at home we wish the bars would stay open later! I guess it's kinda like having a later curfew...once you can stay out late, you don't even want to!
