I stopped in Chandigarh to break down the journey again, but also to see how different this city is.  It has been designed by a French guy, LeCorbusier and it shows!  This place is so orderly and green!  The traffic is very good, no chaos and there's lots of trees, flowers and grass!  The houses are nice and there's hardly any garbage lying around and I only saw one cow!

The tourist attraction here is a rock garden.  A guy started making a garden with rocks and recycled material.  When it was discovered, they asked him to continue working on it.  It is quite a work of art!  Really cool!  You walk through a path with the floor and walls made of rocks. It's like walking through a labyrinth.  There are fountains and sculpures everywhere. One part has been turn into an amusement section with swings, go karts, a jumping castle and snacks!  I loved the sculpted people and animals especially the ones made of bangles!
