Yes, we've taken the sunny weather with us from Denmark to Sweden. Sofiero fairytale castle and Rhododendron garden near Helsingborg was our first little look at Sweden. It was a public holiday in Denmark for their National Day so we think all the Danes took a drive across the bridge to Sofiero Gardens in Sweden too as it was very busy, and very pretty.

Had a Swedish ice cream for research purposes of course, to compare Danish and Swedish ice cream. The jury is still out so we may have to diversify for a broader selection of other Scandinavian ice creams.

We've had a rest day in Sweden near Gotenborg to clean out the vehicles and recoup our energies for some coastal driving in Norway. Just outside the shopping centre we went to, was a scuffle on the pavement, we think between a pick-pocket and his victim. We were unable to understand the language but there was a mad panic to call the police.

You won't believe this but we bumped into Matt and Annie from Australia in the shopping center in Gotenborg. What are the odds of meeting someone you know 60,000km away?
