It's Wednesday night, aka Budapest Eve, and we just got home from running errands & grabbing dinner. I'm so exhausted from walking all day (mostly lost in the rain & wind), and my elbows ache as usual from another night sleeping on this Ikea bed with no boxspring. It's amazing what a difference a boxspring makes!

Anyway, we just got home from having a delicious Czech dinner and I decided I absolutely love bread dumplings...like as much as I love Gold Medal Ribbon Baskin Robbins ice cream. Those little slices of dense, tasty, sweet bread in the pork sauce!..so delicious. We had pork shoulder (ham), sausage, pork neck (basically like a roast), sauerkraut, bread dumplings, potato dumplings, and creamed spinach. And I know this sounds like I'm bragging at this point, but all of that, enough for Nick & I to split, was $8. Not bad!

Now off to dream of bread dumplings...
