Today was my first full day of work in BFR. I had lunch with my BFR sibling Saima and some other associates and summers at Sarabeth's. This is a good and somewhat reasonable place with a few locations around the city, I had been for breakfast before. I would highly recommend their famous cram of tomato soup! After lunch there was an ice cream social (hehe how cite- they never stop feeding us) and ten the vans left for the BFR wine tasting event at Vinage New York's Soho Wine Cellar at 5:45. After having wine and cheese and making it all the way down the tasting list, we headed off to the after party at 203 Spring Street. They had this whole place rented out and it was a blast, martinis and tequila shots flowing everywhere. Someone hooked up their Ipod to the system and a massive dance party quickly ensued including attorneys of all levels and summers alike. This never would have happened at the beginning of the summer, people are really loosening up! I headed home relatively early via cab around midnight. I have to be in court downtown in the morning!
