Tonight was a lot of fun, we had our summer event "Broadway Night" and George and I went to the The Color Puurple at the Broadway Theatre on Broadway and 53rd. We were in the first row of the mezzanine and I thought they were probably the best seats in the house. The show was fantastic, especially the second half. Before the show Alex, Irini, Ben, Dev and I went to the Blue Fin bar at the W hotel and has some cheese plate (YUM- pic to come) and sushi and delicious martinis. Along the line of celebrity sitings, PAtrick Ewing was sitting in the box near us at the show. George also thought he saw Whitney Houston but he was totally wrong about that one. The after party was at Pigalle on 28th and 8th which seemed like more of a French brunch place but they had nice deserts and yummy cocktails for us there and had rented out the entire place. The torrential downpour was a bit of a drag between the theatre and the afterparty, and George ducked out on me!
