Having spent 4 nights in Venice Beach we left and got the bus to Hollywood.  We were staying in a skanky hostel right on Hollywood Boulevard so the location couldn't have been better.  Although the hostel was a bit grim and this was our first time staying in a dorm.  We booked a 6 bed mixed dorm and for the entire time we were there it was full of boys, I was the only girl.  Not great but there were some perks!!  Anyway, enough of that.  The hostel was full of out of work actors who lived in the hostel full time.  We met a guy called Chucky who was in Road Trip and a few other films.  There was also an actress from porno movies that Dale was enjoying!!

Hollywood was so much fan and we totally loved it.  We did the walk of fame and saw all the stars on the pavement and went to the Kodak Theatre and Manns Chinese Theatre where movie premieres and awards are held, no famous people there but it was awesome all the same.

We went to a wax works museum which was the worst ever, the waxworks looked nothing like the people.  Also the guiness book of records place which was really cool.

I made Dale come on the compulsory hollywood stars tour where the most boring driver in the world took us in an open top car to all the movie stars home.  If you were lucky you might see a roof tile or a corner brick but it was still really exciting to think you were outside of a real superstars home!

But the best bit about Hollywood for us was Universal Studios.  We went on the studio tour which was just amazing, we even saw Wisteria Lane from Desperate Housewives.  It was brilliant.  All the rides and shows were excellent and they had to literally drag us out the park at 9pm closing time.

After 3 nights we headed back to Venice Beach and waiting for Heather to arrive.
