Well it really would have been rude not to visit Ramsey Street whilst in Melbourne - groan all you like at the cheesiness but you would have done the same!!

It is actually called Pin Oak Court and at first we were like "it doesn't look anything like Ramsey Street" but after a closer inspection you realise - oh thats Lou Carpenters house and oh thats Harold Bishops house - brilliant.  Dale was more excited about the fact that he was standing on a street that he knew Kylie had been on. Typical!

Next day we headed into the city.  I used to think Glasgow was a big city but they are nothing compared to the cities in OZ.  Infact Glasgow is like the Shetland Isles in comparison.  Instead of attemping to drive we headed in on the train and jumped on the free shuttle tram round the city, like a hop on hop off bus, only a tram and it was free!

We wandered round federation square, the harbour, china town and all the other streets inbetween.  There were nice bits and not so nice bits, again just another big bustling city, but we had a fun day and got a great curry in china town, so we were happy.
