Between Adelaide and Melbourne is the B100, otherwise known as the Great Ocean Road.  The road goes for miles right along the coastline and it was spectacular scenery with high cliffs, crashing waves and fab beaches.  We spent a couple of days cruising along, checking out all the different view points and parking the van up right at the beach.

We headed down towards Cape Otway where there is a lighthouse and loads of ships have crashed into the coastline so we thought we head down to see any ship wrecks and pirate ghosts.  However, as we were driving down we saw a car stopped and the owners staring up at the trees.  We thought mmmm... what they looking at and stopped.  Hundreds of Koala Bears were hanging around in the trees.  We hadn't seen any in the wild yet so this was really special.  Of course as each person drove past they wanted to see what we were looking at and they stoppped.  Soon enough there were loads of us watching the Koalas.  An Australian woman told us that she had lived here for 55 years and had only ever seen a Koala Bear once in the wild so it was fantastic to see so many all at once.
