Sarah found them, gave them to me and on Xmas day, i wore them for the duration, along with an Australian flag wrapped around my that i brought in Brisbane for a few quid. Rewind to August when we were on our boat trip around Halong bay. Attached to the side of the boat we were on was a pair of speedo pants style swimming trunks, light blue in colour and would fit the average vietnamese man
After a fried breakfast with compulsary beers accompanying it set the standard for the day. After i wiped egg yoke on the curtains we opened our presents - the house mates doing a secret santa and sarah and i obviously exchanging gifts. The gifts were exchanged in the room that Guy Rob amd I titled 'the gentlemans room' - this room was at the rear of the house, was home to a 2-seater settee and a music system. It opened out onto the balcony which could hold 6-8 people and had 2 wooded seats and a table with a fantastic view across Sydney. Usually the gentlemen of the house engaged in conversations with topics that women would not understand. Women were not normally allowed in 'our' room apart from replacing empty beer cans with full ones, but on Xmas we made an exception.
The girls cooked a great xmas dinner, not comparable to my nans though but it was good. So, we spent the day just loafing, watching TV, stuffing ourselves with whatever food we could lay our hands on and comsuming alcohol. We all passed oout at about 1am!
