We arrived at the Giza Train Station as indicated by Egypt Online. There was no one there to meet us. A very kind Tourist Police Captain called Egypt Online and learned the "driver had been in an accident". We think we heard this someplace before. Anyway we took the Metro back to our hotel.
The Noran hotel placed us on the 7th floor, right under the Disco. People start arriving at the Disco around 10 PM and do not leave until 7:30 or 8:00 AM. Cairo is a party town. The next night we moved down to the 4th floor where we could just feel the Disco Thump.
Dinner: We walked down the Nile to the Fish Market. At the Fish Market the diners choose their fish directly from the display and specify how they'd like it prepared. It's a nice place to eat. What is interesting about the Fish Market is the restaurant downstairs. The Fish Market is located over a TGI Fridays. That's right TGI Fridays. Now do not even think of going to TGI Fridays without reservation as the place is packed 24/7.
