Show me the way to the cafes with real coffee and pastries, museums, colonial architecture, cool weather, and a congregation of dozens of Peace Corps Volunteers for the equivalent of our Halloween... except for that festivities run the whole week! That is what awaits fourteen bus-hours away in the culture hub of Ecuador, Cuenca.
