We found the cheapest price we could on-line and booked with Globespan-big mistake; will never travel with them again. The list of problems is huge but the worst was that they changed the return date within the first few days of booking and we were concerned that it might happen again. It didn't. The cabin crew were unfriendly; barely spoke English and often ignored requests for a drink or something. On the trip out we sat for over an hour on the tarmac while they were trying to decide what the discrepancy in the passenger manifest was. On the return trip the overhead lights were not working on either my husbands seat or mine, making reading impossible during the very long flight home. The earphones which you have to buy on this no frills airline are the kind that you have to jam into your ear holes and I can't get them to stay in. I could not sleep and the 9 hour trip seemed as though it would never end. Just a warning to those of you who might be tempted to use Globespan.
