So after getting off the ship I had a little bit of trouble actually getting home. At first I thought it would be oh so easy for me to be able to find my luggage but um... yeah I was oh so wrong! Unfortunately I found Jeffrey's luggage long before i found mine and even though we loaded it together it was nowhere near each others. Once I finally found it i decided that i could carry it and try not to die or wait an hour for a cart. Well carrying out my luggage was...interesting. There i was crouched down trying to hold the weight of my bags walking through a crowd of moms, dads, girlfriends, and boyfriends all waiting for their student to get off the boat and what did they do when they saw the crazy girl trying to carry all of her luggage from three months of travelling the world without a cart? that's right they pointed and laughed. Yep. So after i finally got through the crowd thankfully there was a shuttle to the airport so I got a flight on the first flight I could catch to Chicago and after a quick phone call to my parents I grabbed starbucks and boarded the plane. Unfortunately it was at this point I realized its really over. I'll never see the ship again and it really freaked me out. Once i got to Ohare my mom was there to pick me up and I got home that morning to a new house and a new room. After a week at home i'm still not fully moved in and i'm finding adjusting a little difficult but i'm definately glad to be back in the states!
