When I was younger, I always wondered why business conferences were held in cool cities that no one would end up seeing because the attendees never left the conference room.

Well, now I've become one of those silly people. I had a conference in Budapest, a city I've never been to, and was unable to stay for the weekend. So all I can say is the city had some awesome looking buildings and seemed like a great city for walking around & exploring. But I had to stay in my hotel for the 2 days, save an evening cruise down the Danube.

At least the view from the hotel room was nice...
