Where I stayed
Anuja Backpackers Inn
Other than feeling a little tired I am fine. Having not had much sleep during the last couple of days I seem to have backtracked my body clock so much that I am not suffering from jet lag at all, even though the time here is GMT plus eight hours.
The 12-hour flight over was very smooth. If it wasn't for the fact that the interactive features of my in-flight entertainment console were not working it would have been close to a perfect flight
3. Visit Friends/Family

6. Official Mission
There is also the friendly reminder printed in red at the bottom:
"Be Forewarned Death for Drug Traffickers under Malaysian Law"
KL's reputation for stunning architecture asserted itself right away with a view of the airport terminal backed by the glowing sunrise. The vista you get as the dual Aerotrains (monorails) ferry people from the boarding gates to the main airport building is a reminder of KL's rapid economic boom in the nineties, as you descend beneath the building at high speed.
Just before baggage collection we all had to undertake a 'temperature scan' as the airport staff (clad in face masks) gave out SARS questionaires. London was on the list of risk areas but not the rest of the UK. The best example of Malaysian innovation I have seen today are the luggage trolleys at the airport. The have been designed so that they can be used on normal escallators!
