Also known as, where the heck are we? A45 to A46 to A429, wait this isn't the right road, what happened... ok, turn right on B4455 to Halford. That will get us back on the right path to Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold.
Unbelievably small cute towns, confusing round-abouts, and back country roads just large enough for 1 car and a bicycle. Somehow we managed to find our way around. These little towns were a great insight into British country life. Its funny how, literally in the middle of the country side, there will be a small community (maybe 10 houses) and then thats it.
Probably the best town we saw was Bourten-On-The-Water... a great little riverside town. Kids and dogs are splashing and playing around in the shallow river, shops and restaurants line the riverside. You can walk the entire town in 20 minutes, but a great afternoon.
After a relaxing afternoon in the Cotswolds, we've made our way over to Cardiff in Wales, of course not without our troubles in finding the hotel... Mapquest, doesn't always get it right over here either!
