How can I describe Amsterdam... in a sense, it has the feel of the canals of Venice, but really, it reminds me of New Orleans, especially Burbon Street. The Red Light District is wild. We'll just leave it at that.
We haven't visited any "Coffee Shops".
The Anne Frank house is here, and that was pretty cool. You can see all the rooms where they lived and follow the story of their lives in that small space.
We also took a canal ride in the evening. Nothing spectacular, but a good time to kick back and relax.
Also yesterday, we visited a little fishing village, Volendam. They have a cheese and wooden shoe factory there that we bought some cheese at and saw how they made the shoes.
