Hue seems like a nice place, if only we could have a look. When you are hunkered down, running through the rain, it is difficult to get a feel for a place. Nonetheless, we put on a brave face, took the wettest tour ever and saw (sort of) some of the local sights. It was really neat how the women offered us rain ponchos as we stepped off of the bus. We tried to tell them that we don't need them, we have gortex rain jackets. If the women could speak english, they would witness us eating our words as we, soaking wet, purchased ponchos a very short time later.
