We met a nice university student who was eager to learn some english. He was so nervous about talking that his lower lip trembled. An older man approached him and chasitzed him for having poor mandarin pronunciation, and went at him for so long that we truly felt sorry for him.

Wuhan is a really nice place. People are frienldy, and eager to say hello. The kids are what make it so neat as they run out to wave at us and some with better english skills say, 'How are you, nice to meet you'. We found what we thought was a kids play park, but we have realised it is a place for anyone to do their exercises. It is quite like a gym with a variety of equipment for exercising the different muscle groups or stretching. We have seen many elderly people work thier way down the row of machines. One man about 87 years old showed us his flexability, and was impressed by Becca's.
