We met Elton and Eilsa in Rarotonga, and with invite in hand, we showed up on their doorstep. We went fishing with Elton, caught many flounder. Did you know flounder have both eyes on the same side of their body. They look so silly! Elsa cooked them up and we couldn't get enough of the wonderful taste. She's some cook! Thanks Eilsa!!
