Friday, October 7th

After crossing the border we drove in to Buffalo and stopped at a Ford Dealership to get our oil changed.  This took a while so it kind of delayed our plans, but we were still ok.  When we finally finished up there we drove about 10 minutes down the road to West Seneca to stop for lunch.  We stopped at Schwabl's Roast Beef.  It was mentioned in one of our books as a great place to stop for roast beef.  We decided that would be great for lunch.  The place has been open since 1837 and it is a delicious roast beef sandwich.  We both the Roast Beef on Weck, which is a Kummelweck roll.  The roll was delicious with salt and some other spices on the outside of the roll.  It really made the sandwich even better.  The roast beef was cooked to perfection.  In all it was a great sandwich and an excellent stop for lunch.

After finishing up we continued on our way to Huntingdon since we have Jared's 10 year reunion tomorrow night.
