Saturday, May 21st

We slept in this morning, since we have been getting up in the mornings. We did have to get up and get moving at some point cause the check out was early and we wanted to go get pancakes from the big tent at the KOA.  The breakfast was delish and we had plenty of time to get out of our site.  Jen took Nash to the dog run/playground while I finished getting us out.  Nash met another dog and had a good time running/chasing/playing.  We then headed out and stopped at Petco to get Nash a new leash/harness.  He's been losing weight, so his harness has been getting loose.  Also, we figured it is his birthday month so HAPPY BIRTHDAY NASH.  We got him a cool red harness, but then also they had an argyle one on sale.  So now Nash is styling with his argyle harness.

From there we headed to Napa valley to taste some vino.  I found a Napa valley website that had some 2 for 1 tasting coupons.  So we visited Black Stallion first.  This was a fairly young winery and they had a really nice facility.  The entry drive was gorgeous with a great view of a fountain.  We headed inside where the "bartender" was from Philadelphia area also.  He was around our age and went to Temple.  He actually didn’t start us out, but saw my Phillies hat and started talking to us. Before we knew it, he was giving us extra wine tastings.  It’s great to get to know people, haha.  Then we continued up the road and stopped at chimney rock, on the advice of our Philly friend.  We didn’t have a coupon and the tastings were quite pricey so we decided to keep going.

Then our last stop was at Steltzner, another coupon site.  They had some pretty good wines and it was pretty cool to talk to the people working there, again becoming friends with the “bartender” has its perks (extra tastings).
