We woke up early today at 6am so that we could make it to Phoenix in time to drop mom, dad, and Shannon off at the airport. We made it there by 9 so they were all good for their flight. After dropping them off we headed to McDonalds for dinner and to use their free WIFI. We had no idea where we were going to camp tonight so we decided to look up some stuff and make some plans. After doing some research on the computer we headed to the Diamondbacks stadium to get some tickets for the game tonight. They are playing the Phillies and we got tickets on the First Base Side. We are pretty close only 7 rows back. I can't wait!!
Jared napped all day today (we were exhausted from our visitors) and I updated the blog all day. That is why you got bombarded with emails from us
As we were heading out to catch the Light Rail down to the ballpark another couple in our campground asked if we were going to the Phillies game. We said yes and they said they were from the Philly area too. So they said we should all go down together. We picked up another woman in our campground that they were friends with and all headed down.
Our seats were sweet we were super close to the field. The stadium was pretty awesome too. Unfortunately the Phillies lost so it was a bit of a bummer but at least we got to see them. We will probably head down again tomorrow night.

My Gram passed away on Easter Sunday. I am really upset about it, I know she is in a better place now, but she was an awesome grandmother. We had tons of great times and I am going to miss her so much.
My dad let me know today that the viewing will be Thursday night and the funeral on Friday. We spent the whole day today making plans to head home for the services. We got everything figured out and booked our flights, set up a place for Nash to stay and a place to store the RV while we are gone.
After we got everything set up we decided to head down to the stadium to see the Phillies again. Tonight we bought bleacher seats and were out in the outfield between Shane and Raul. We again lost, so Jared and I are a little concerned that we are bad luck. Hopefully we can catch them some where else and they will win.
