Today Sunday Oct. 6th we hiked through the woods at our campground, The Red Barn.   We saw signs posting Moose trail-----Beware of Black Bear-----Beaver Trail----Fox Trail and the like.  We had to get out and explore more of Maine's fall color.  I love where our RV is camped.  We are framed by the colorful leaves, in our corner of the campground in New England.  Leon and I have enjoyed the pine needles falling all around us.  Our canopy is camouflaged with pine needles.  We enjoyed the hiking and it's the perfect day for a leaf peeping adventure.  I don't know if the weather is always this perfect (68-74 degrees) but sure enjoying it while in Maine.  We are fully enjoying all the wonders of fall foliage.
Donna, our daughter, texted that she's so happy we are getting to do this trip.  All I can say is "God works things in his timing and not ours."  He may lead us to places of discomfort as His desire is to place us in positions of dependence.  Wait on God---Be spirit led----Watch His power prevail.   Love, Mom.
We attended Mass Sunday at St. John's in Bangor, Maine.  The historic church was built in 1857.  It was beautiful.  As you can see from the pictures.

Tuesday Oct. 8th:  After ten glorious fall days in the state of Maine, with only one day of rain, last night we thought it was raining, but it was pine needles pounding on the roof of the RV.  Pretty cool to see the ground, the little red car and our RV covered in pine needles.
As we pulled onto the highway to make our way to our next destination, NEW HAMPSHIRE, the pine needles were spraying the highway.  Well, eat my pine needles!!!!!!!!!!!
