What to say. Did you know this is open to the public? It's awkward to think of strangers reading my life story but i guess that can't be helped.

We moved into an apartment and I started Class. I was 5 hours late on the first day as we were picking up furniture and we didn't move in till the next day.

My classes consist of Improv, audition and cold reading techniques, audition techniques, hosting (I don't smile enough apparently), Commercial auditions, more cold reading techniques, script analysis (which really isn't script anything), Scene work, Movement (so far half of it is yoga) and a few random lectures on Agents, pilot season etc etc.
The two most notable teachers are Jim Holmes http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0391885/  (my favourite) and Tracey Rooney http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1603186/ (my second favourite) Zora is definitely of mention as she is great also http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0215008/  Corey is great too http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0672578/ he teaches improv. The highlight is that he has gotten stoned with Bill Murray and been in a hot tub with James Earl Jones. Awesome.

I am sitting in on an On Camera Class with Doug Warhit on Wednesday which I will attend to work on my on camera skills and also to get some more scenes on camera.

I saw a preview screening of the Ides of March, George Clooney directed and starring. It was the first screening of it ever and I got to fill out the survey. The trailer is here www.traileraddict.com/trailer/the-ides-of-march/trailer
Awesome movie with Ryan Gosling. Apparently he is the hardest actor to get a hold of presently, so a movie producer told me recently. It is a political thriller, and I don't particularly have any interest in politics but it was fantastic. We also saw the "new" Harry Potter with battery operated 3D glasses in the cinema, where the 3D happens on the glasses and not the screen, I think everything looked a little more rounded and a bit more realistic so that was great. Crazy Stupid love was a great movie and we saw Attack the block which was a lower budget english film, it was a little B Grade but enjoyable.

We went to Disneyland the other day! That was quite fun. It's so huge! The fireworks were amazing! I normally don't even bother watching fireworks at home as they are always the same thing. It was incredible! They had so many different types I had never seen. Heart shaped ones, a giant shooting star shaped one, a star shaped one so many different amazing shapes and combinations. We went on the tea cup and saucer ride, it's a small world (the song drove me insane before I even got in there) Star Wars ride.

We have annual passes to universal studios and there is a new 3D King Kong ride/experience which we haven't experienced yet. On the top of my agenda is to get to Six Flags Magic mountain. We have a "loft warming" party to attend and sip champagne and network with people in the industry while I search for a headshot photographer and that happens on Saturday, I think that's very LA-esque.

That is all so far!
