I was going through my files the other day when I found these pictures--they're from a trip we took way back in May (during Golden Week) to see the (oh-so-aptly-named) Japan Monkey Park. The park is up in the outskirts Inuyama--the same small town which boasts a great castle and cool cormorant fishing (we went there with Rob in August). Basically, it was a tiny little amusement park for kids, with some monkeys. We went on some tiny-little rollercoasters, and felt sorry for most of the monkeys. For some reason the place was full of "Thomas the Tank Engine" stuff. I guess it was popular.
