Hello all, Well I promised a lot of you that I would try to write more often, even if I had nothing to say... So here I am. We have had a great time with Andrew's parents here in Panama City and are a little sad to be leaving the spoiled life of rental car and Donna and Bill making all the meals (thanks again!). We have to get up early tomorrow to drive (10hours! ugh) to Miami where we stay overnight and then catch a 7:30am flight to Quito, Ecuador. We will need to take altitude sickness pills as we will be about 3000m above sea level when we land. We hear that the airport is something else as it is right in the middle of the city. A bit scary to land in I think. We will be met at the airport by a representative of the Beraca Spanish school. We will be taking 4 hrs of Spanish lessons a day and living with an Ecuadorian family (arranged through the school). Plans for this next part of the trip are still in the works. We are flying by the seat of our pants a bit more this time. Keep your fingers crossed for us! Julia
