So, our planning continues. We had a great visit with the Sparrows. We have spent a number of hours soaking in the morning sun in the dinning room with our map spread out on the table. We have taken to sticking sticky notes on the map where we want to go. We are focusing on Europe right now as that is the first lag of our trip. Andrew recently brought up the idea of going to northern Africa since it is so close to (and warmer than) Europe. We are looking at Morocco and Tunisia. As I read his blog I am more and more sold on the idea of Tunisia. (There are also a great number of Star Wars sites to see that will be cool for Morgan!)
I have reserved the rough guide to both Tunisia and Morocco at the library. I'll keep you updated on our plans. For now I am going to go out and BBQ in the snow and dream of Tunisian beaches!
