So after trying to sleep and perhaps getting an hour we arrived in Gatwick. After we got through customs we took a shuttle/train to Victoria Station in London. We sat across and talked with a woman from Missouri who was visiting a son. We had trouble at Victoria trying to figure out how to get Tube tickets. After figuring it out we took 3 seperate tubes to get to our stop. Then a 10 minute walk got us to our hotel the Bonnington. We checked into room 322 and rested for a few minutes. Then we headed out and had lunch about a half block away. Then we went to the Tower of London via tube. The tower was really cool. We spent a couple hours there. We saw the crown jewels and the armory and saw where many were executed by beheading. Then we had lunch at a very cool looking McDonalds across the street. Then we went to the British Museum. The galleries were closed but we could walk around the main floor. It was huge! That ended our night.
