the boat docked back in Paihia at 3pm, enough time for a quick shower back at the hostel, and on the coach back to auckland at 415pm, i was knackered ! slept most of the way on the coach, stopped for fish n chips nad back at auckland at about 8pm.some food later and im in bed for about 10pm ! shattered.
friday i walked around k'road, and a lot of the city. i was walking fro about 6 hours i think. and in flip flops so my feet were dead! not made for long walks these things.
noodles and bread for tea. a night with my book. Bill Bryson makes good company.
watched the rugby, opeing game of the super 14's, great game. saturday was much the same, a huge walk around k'road, this road is a strange place, if anyones been youll know.
its a place where people do and wear what they please. a lot of punks and a lot of sex shops and wierd individual shops. which made great window shopping. shame im not in the money to buy some of the stuff ! ah well. and to the airport at 5pm. LA here i come.
