 Om Namah Shivaya,

 I have met up with two westerners from Califonia here, Randal and Mike (very sweet souls), in Naninital. They are staying at the same hotel as me and know Ram Dass, Kd, Durga Das, and many others of Maharajis western family-It's all one big family!. We have been sharing taxi's too and from Kainchi Dham (Maharaji's temple) 18 kilometers into a sacred valley on the mountain. Near this valley (Hanuman temple here too, we visted it today) is where Ram Dass first met Maharaji which manifested "Be Here Now" and started the ball rolling. The valley itself is a sacred path in which Rishis (Seerers/saints) hundreds of thousands of years ago trecked their way to Mount Kailash, the abode of Lord Shiva. There is one other passage that they traveled through Risikesh. Maharaji's main temple here (Kainchi Dham) in this valley directly across from a sacred mountain (Gouri) where Sri Krishna's Guru lived in a cave for thousands of years

. I think you may have an idea of just how holy this place is. The mountains here, pretty much the foothills of the Himaylayas (roughly 8000ft above sea level) are unbeleivable. Maharajis photo is everywhere and the hotel I am staying at is where western devotees of Baba usually stay (1st and 2nd generation). In fact Ram Dass wrote "Miracle of Love" (stories of Maharaji's leela's)a couple of floors down from the room I'm in. I had Siddhi Ma's darshan today and the only word for it is Bliss! I will be staying at the ashram wednesday and moving on by direction of Siddhi Ma Thursday. I will be taking a train south/west to Varanasi and then to Kerala where Sri Mata Amritanandamayi (affectionatley know as Amma) is. Siddhi Ma was happy to here of my plans and gave blessing. I still have stuff moving through the body but am learning the art of being gentle, watching what I eat etc. As one of my teachers would say "Focus on the solution, not the problem" Be in touch.
