Jai Ma all! I made it to Nainital at last. My last hour's at Vrindavan were quite disturbing and at the same time extremely profound. I would like to share the following story before I describe how I arrived here in Nainital:
I was feeling extremely run down in Vrindavan and was having some reoccurring physical ailments. I've shared with a few friends, but now I'll make it public. Around the end of April I was experiencing some severe sharp pains in my colon region. I went to the doctor and had a cat scan done and blood work, all the results came back normal. Soon after I went to see a great Mahatma (great soul/saint) Sri Karunmayi in Atlanta to attend her retreat. One of the things she does as darshan (blessing) is let you write down three thing in which you need help with or blessing for. I wrote "Blessing for India, help with stomach pain, and something else spiritual". Anyway, she only focused on the India blessing. She giggled and said "So you want to go to India huh?" and I said "Yes very much so" and she smiled and said you have Amma's (Mother) blessing, disregarding the other blessing's I asked for. Anyway, the stomach problem disappeared and didn't come back until two week's before for I departed for here and this time accompanied with a very strange pinching in the back of my left leg which has manifested into very strange feeling in my leg, it feels like snakes moving inside my muscle and veins and it makes different parts of my leg go haywire (including foot) with pulsing feelings.

It actually is quite annoying. I don't know what to make of it. My stomach also has been acting up off and on. I figure it's just purification and nerves, any suggestions would be helpful. Anyway, back to my story. In Vrindavan I was very tired and decided to lay down in my room. The strangest thing then happened. There are two beds in the room I was in, one next to the window and another one on the other side. I was laying on the bed furthest from the window on my stomach with my face towards the wall. All of sudden I heard and felt a presence on the other bed, no joke, I'm getting shivers now as right this just thinking about it. I was all of sudden completely paralyzed and heard a loud garbling not of this earth-it sounded completely alien. It was coming from the bed next to the window and I felt something in the room with me. I tried to move and I couldn't. My hand moved an inch maybe no matter how hard I tried I couldn't move. Fear coursed through my entire being. I couldn't figure out if it was an evil presence or what (but in a ISKON ashram-they're a little extreme..but). I chanted my mantra and called out to God and my guru's for help. This lasted about ten minutes! Then all of a sudden the presence left and the sound was completely gone. I jumped up frantic. and looked around out the window and around the room-nothing. I ran out into the streets of Vrindavan with shakti (energy) coursing through my body, my eyes were wide open and full of tears. I was utterly confused at what just happened. As Indian's looked at me as if l I just saw a ghost (maybe I did).
Across lake from hotel
I got the nearest rickshaw wallah to take me to the other side of Vrindavan were Neem Karoli's ashram was. I didn't want to be at ISKON temple anymore. Anyway, long story short I got a train ticket that night to get here to Nainital. The ISKON temple had my laundry at the time promising to get it to me by 5pm and I had a ticket leaving Matura at 11:15pm, needless to say I only have the cloths on my back-Ha! Great Leela (play). They failed to have my laundry and I had to go. I felt it in every bone of my body, and had already bought my ticket. I caught a auto-rickshaw to Matura train station and on the way we hit a major flooded road (It had rained heavily that night). The rickshaw got stuck in the water/mud and I had to help push-good stuff! I barley made it to the train station on time by divine grace, and actually found the right train. No one at the train station spoke English and could help me, eventually I figured it out with eight Indians help. I took the train over night and arrived at Lal Kaun train station. I got a taxi up the foothills of the Himalayas, probably one of the most beautiful places in the world that I've seen (I will get pictures uploaded later). This is Baba Neem Karoli's territory. I felt his presence so strong as we made our way up the meandering mountain road. Ah... relief at last. I am staying at the Evelyn hotel (devotees of Baba). There is so much love, beauty, fresh air, cleanliness, and grace here. I will be heading for Kainchi (main Ashram of Baba) tomorrow, and possibly having Siddhi Ma's darshan Monday. I may get some answers to these strange manifestations in my physical body, intuitively, directly, or maybe not at all :) It's all the Oneness, it's all God, and it's all perfect no matter what. I will make a new entry and upload pictures in the next few day's for Kainchi. Thanks for reading this long crazy entry! Om peace -J
