I am officially in New Delhi. I arrived last night around 9:00p.m I have already met several  foreigners here  especially at the Hare Krishna hotel where I'm staying. It is a different world here. Delhi is kind of sleazy and dirty but has a definite under current of India's all pervading spiritual energy. I will be departing for Vrindavan as soon as I take care of  few things here. I am not keen on staying here to long I feel the pull to move on.  I will keep updates when I can. Om.
I'm back. I've been in Delhi for a day and a half and I'm ready to leave. It's not bad beside the filth, humidity (which I kind of like-giant sauna), and relentless beggars (particularly one lady who persisted to follow me for three blocks and call me a bastard when I still refused to give her money-that was a shock). It is really sad to see the immense suffering here-such poverty and sickness. I won't give money and it's not easy. The consequences for doing so would result in being mauled by the hundred other poor people who see it. It is better to donate to "Amma's charities directly to make sure the money goes to the right place" (Amma say's). I will be catching the 5:30p train to Vrindavan today in a few hours. I really want to go to Kainchi (and still may), but apparently a western I've been in touch with over here said Siddhi Ma (Near and dear to Neem Karoli) when inquired, suggested I should go straight to Vrindavan. What can one do. It's all Ma's will anyway. I just try to listen as best as I can. I will be in touch from the birth place of Lord Sri Krishna. HARI HARI BOL!
