Mykonos was meant to be a handy stopover on the way to Samos and eventually onto Turkey. Unfortunately after being told that it was 99% sure our ferry would come on Wednesday it didn't. This was around the time when two ferries had sunk in Greece and many more had been chained up deemed to unsafe to use. This meant there was a shortage of ferries. So we ended up spending 3 ½ days pretty much lazing about on the beaches again. Hard life huh.
