Stockholms Final Farewell

The ride out of Sweden was sensational, sitting on the back of the ferry departing in a breathtaking sunset past all the islands and inlets. I have been pretty amazed at the distance I have managed to cover in the last two weeks.
Packed up early and hitched down to Borgholm in Oland courtesy of a nutter ex-sailor and alcoholic turned bible basher dude, where I went to the ruins of Borgholm Slot, a castle that never was completed and now hosts an outdoor museum and art exhibition. Then I hitched by the road trying to get of Oland and back to Stockholm. I was offered a ride by two gorgeous Swedish chicks who were moving to Stockholm but I couldn't fit my backpack in the car cause they had so much stuff. Was almost tempted to ditch the backpack but alas I had to wait for another ride. I ended up getting a ride all the way to Stockholm from a guy who confessed he only picked me up because he had to stop for petrol and his car needed a push start. I reached Stockholm and rung heaps of hostels only for them to be all booked. Having already been in Stockholm two weeks ago I decided to jump on the ferry that night to Finland.
