September 10/07 0835am
Fancy breakfast room. Cloth tablecloths, bodum coffee to myself. My first full english breakfast - it was quite good. Very filling. I even liked the fried bread - I didn't think I would. I imagine it'll be hours before I'm hungry again .

1015am - just waiting for the volks train. Walked through the royal pavilion grounds - it's beautiful. The building just doesn't fit in architecturally. Walked inside to where you pay to tour it and decided that I didn't need to pay over 7 pounds to see the rest.
Train not busy at all.

105pm - on the Brighton pier. It's a tacky amusement park essentially, but all built on a pier. Beautiful view of the seafront from here though.

Took the railway to the marina area. There was a grocery and gas station there called asda that had a sign that it's apparently `part of the walmart family` - so it appears it has now invaded the UK. Walked along the undercliff walk a bit - beautiful and different. It is indeed chalk. Tasted the sea - it is indeed slightly salty - I know I'm weird, but if your reading this what does it say about you.

it`s incredible
i don`t know how wal-mart is able to fool so many people in so many countries; I`m glad the sign warns you so I can make an informed decision where to shop or not
