It's bags packed and bye bye Hotel De Moc, Just time for breakfast and mails - we went on line and booked a Hotel in Prachuap last night and need to see if we got in - We are going to try to travel by bus and in the hope that we actually get there we have chosen to stay at the Hadthong Hotel on the beach front.
We hit the road in a Taxi driven by the oldest man in the world (I think he said his youngest son was 90 last week) and his driving is scary even by thailand standards, but we get to 'Tai Rai Mai' the bus station alive and arrive at the bus terminal just as the driver is leaving - he drags us in tow and we are on a bus and away (hopefully in the right direction) there are temples every som often in the middle of nowhere, beautiful building next to shacks that people live in the sceenery here can change so quickly.

I meet my first Monk on the bus and we get to chatting. I chat and he does not understand a word I say, he in turn chats and I do not understand a word he says.. It's a good chat

We stop for what seems to be a toilet break but is actually a bus break(down) just outside Hoi Hin - luckily as with all buses there is one behind us and we pile on there this time getting to Prachuap Khiri Khan and finding our hotel ... Hooyrah they have our booking and we are in.... Blimey this one has a pool too!! what a treat.

We go for dinner and I have Sea Bass its char grilled and 'ahoy' (delicious) the locals have some banter with us and teach us some new words - I just hope its not a trick :-)
