Party Island
Stayed in Ios for three nights. It is known as being the "party island" of the greek isles. Decided to camp out again because it was again much cheaper than staying in a hotel and I already had a tent. I had heard from other travelers that the best campgrounds to stay at was called Far Out. Went there and the travelers were right. There was a pool party every day at the campgrounds and I met tons of other cool travelers to hang out with.
Spent the days lounging by the pool and beach relaxing. On my second day I went on a kayaking trip where we paddled for several hours, out of the bay to a private beach. Along the way we had a bbq and stopped at some spots to do cliff jumping in to the ocean.
After three nights of camping, my back was hurting and after three nights of partying my whole body was hurting so I decided it was time to move on, to what I thought was my next stop: Paros Island.
I booked the ferry to Paros, but while waiting at the port I met 4 greek guys about my age who convinced me to stay on the ferry with them all the way to Athens. This worked quite well because I was getting kind of sick of the islands and I also saved lots of money because my ferry ticket to Paros was 1/3 of the price of a ticket to Athens. This is just one example of why it is great to travel alone; I was able to continue my journey to Athens on a whim, without consulting or persuading anyone else.

Hmmm
But you missed the best island of them all. Paros is consistently rated the favourite among island hoppers.
