We took a ferry to roatan to meet up with "Team Honduras" which consisted of Heather Leigh Frankovis, Ann Marie Jarvis, Brandy Windham, and child prodigy Nora. We painted Roatan red by partaking in such activities as trespassing in an expensive Italian resort, hanging out with 100s of iguanas, handling monkeys, 2 for 1 shot night, devouring the bread and coffee of the crazy German baker man, and playing game after exciting game of Euchre.
The individual strengths of the members of Team Honduras combined to create a travelling dynamo:
- Nora freed us from uncomfortable situations like choosing a taxi driver from a group of begging men by stepping forward choosing the one with the best hair
- Brandy the diplomat weighed in when a tie breaker decision needed to be made like "should we stay in shantytown la ceiba and save money for a night or go back to flashy roatan" and should we "skinny dip at the main beach in roatan at 1am"
- Annie "indecision be damned" jarvis was a team leader by leaving many unpleasant situations including bad restaurants and scary rafting trips
- Frankie and her unmatched ability to ask questions when all else fall silent in fear and intimidation changed the course of many plans, a particular doosy being when she ordered a seafood stew and when it arrived in a metal pot with 2 big crustacean carcasses she suggested that the waitress remove the meat from them
Team Central America salutes team honduras for their efficiency, bravery, and ability to turn any seemingly routine situation into a sometimes confusing but always hilarious one.
PS (poo situation), Heather: trouble in paradise, Woody: large and in charge.
