In Coban we learned about great 1 day tours to Semuc Champey for the wee price of $80 (which would normally carry us through 4 days). Woody told them to pack sand and we fashioned our own 2.5 day trip for $50 ("which was obviously much better" proclaims Woody). Now thatīs putting your quetzales where your mouth is! What is Semuc Champey? Click here and see. Appologies for the lack of our own photos. We were warned against bringing cameras because apparently the locals are camera collectors. So just imagine us... toned, tanned, and terribly sassy... frolicing in the pools.
