Despite the snow we were lucky to make great time to the airport (thanks Dianne) and they put us on an earlier flight to Vancouver.  We were now scheduled to leave at 3:00 instead of 5:00.  3:00 ended up being 4:00 as they combined three flights onto one.  Then another delay to plow the runway and de-ice the plane.  Finally we get to leave the snow and ice behind and head for Vancouver.  Vancouver is grey and overcast with a surprising amount of snow on the ground.  We have time to go to duty free and a quick meal at Milestones before getting on the plane for our long journey.  Now I can relax we have made our connection with time to spare and are ready to travel on.
