This Eaton Hotel is a very startegic location. If you want to have cold bread as your breakfast, just go downstair to the executive lounge.
If you miss McDonald's bfast menu, just go outside the hotel, turn to right, walk till the first traffic light and cross the street (Nathan Road). While you're walking to the traffic light, you could see across the street there's the McDonald's next to Crocodile boutique.
Or, if you wanna try the famous HK noodle, can go to the little restaurant (sorry, I forgot the name), just the opposite entrance of the hotel.
