So after many months of "education" (for want of a semi-positive word) about how the housing market can work in the UK, I'm finally in a position to start a travel blog. So here's the plan; I've sold my house, my car, my fridge, my telly, my washing machine, my wardrobes, my cupboards, my psp, my mini disc player and even my special video collection and with part of the proceeds I'm embarking on a magical mystery tour around the world.
After a few fleeting moments of thinking "what on earth am I doing", there's no turning back now as tickets are booked and I set sail (.... well whatever the equivalent for a plane is) on the 29th August flying from London Heathrow to Beijing. After 3 weeks travelling through China the idea is then to hit Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, Cuba, Guatamala, Costa Rica, USA, Canada and back home.
I'll endeavour to update this blog whenever I can with tales and photos. Please keep in touch, especially with news of the Tigers (my Sunday league team) and anything else happening back home. And if you're coincidentally holidaying in the same vicinity then drop us a line.
Right, I better go catch a plane then .....
House - SOLD
