I arrived in Koh Toa after a long bus, coach and boat ride, This is a tiny Island and is known for some of the best diving in the world. So i decide to get certified as an SSI diver. The course was great fun and have done four scuba dives and one skin dive which was basically snorkling. I passed the corse and on the exam got 46 out of 50 which is not too bad.

The room here is alot better and there is a BBQ everynight just outside. There was some lovly tuna and salmon and huge king prawns and other fish which is all fresh and very tasty and cheap. The bars are mostly on the other side of the island but met a group of Irish lads from Dublin so we all shared a taxi.

I have one more night in Koh Toa and am doing a deep adventure dive in the morning which means that I can dive to 30m not just 18m. Then have a boat to Ko Samui.

There was some great lightning yesterday evening and watched that for a few hours but it stayed dry where we were.

Looking Good
Some great photos Ian - the tan is coming along but then so is the beer belly! I hope the question you got wrong on the diving course wasn't critical - like how to use the oxygen tank?! Where to next? Love mum X

I have actually lost weight. Its too hot to wear cloths here so I go for as little as possible. I'm in Koh Phangan now. Diving was great fun and badly worded questions was my downfall. Hope you enjoyed your anniversary Love Ian x

Anniversary
We had a very good anniversary. Sat in the sun on the balcony and had some champagne. Just reading and listening to the new ipod. Also, watched Roger win the tennis. We went out for a meal with Ann & Pill on Saturday night to a nice restaurant by the river.
