This place is very quiet compared to other places that I have been. The resort that I had booked is about 45min walk to the centre where the bars and probally most of the people. The resort itsself is in the middle of the woods with loads of trees all around and mossies too. I saw a huge scorpian whislt I was walking out of the restort this evening. The room is not great, it smells and is dirty.

However I have not spent much time in there so its okay. Today I was picked up at 8:30 and went to Boh Tor where I went Kayaking. Its was good but very hot. Saw caves with 3000 years old pictures on the walls. I was also in the boat with some girl from Singapore who had never kayaked before so was no help at all whist paddeling. She had no clue how to hold the paddle turn or stop, it was funny to watch but no help to me.Basically she got a free ride from me.

I have another toor tommorow where i visit four island and more caves. Should be good and hopefully meet some people that can speak english today.

There has just been a huge thunder storm here. but today it was sunny all day.

This computer is rubbish and is unable to load pictures and kepps crashing. I think it might be worse than Grans computer.

Next stop is Koh Toa where I do my Scuba dive course for four days. so am really looking forward to that.

Shame about the room, but not everywhere is going to be great. I suppose that is the good thing about travelling around - you are not there for long and the next place may be brilliant!

Hello Ian, this place sounds like rubbish - Looks like Krabi is living up to its name! Get out and go into town - its worth the extra few Baht to have somewhere clean and mossie free then pick up the tour later.
Did you hear Michael Jackson died? They've been playing all his records in the shops here in Basel - really odd! Its also Glastonbury this weekend. Just watched Kasabian and am waiting for Bruce Springsteen now. Andy Murray won the tennis today and goes into the 2nd week. Don't know why he is bothering as Roger is going to win!
If I text you is it ok? Do you have to pay anything. Let me know and I will reply to your text.
