Arrived at GNP on the 6th of July and spent 3 fantastic days hiking the forests, rivers and mountains. The water colour was emerald and glacial blue/greys. Elevation changing to heights of 8900 ft. Wonderful free transit system within the park that we took advantage of as the limit is 10' high and 8' wide, which we are over. Within the park we saw mountain goat, bighorn sheep, deer and variety of small critters.  The mountain peaks are covered with snow and cascading waterfalls leading to rushing rivers and creeks only to be appreciated in person but have posted a few pictures.

Wow, Susan, in every photo you look younger than in the previous one. Obviously retirement was the right decision for you. I knew it would be - good on ya both. Sure miss you though.
