Catherine was the best! She took us in with short notice and shared her beautiful kitchen and home with us. We came away rested and clean and with samples of Sel du Mer from the famous salt in Nancy. We also had help to fix our rad on the car which had a slow leak. We couldn't have done it without her. We had hoped to tour the magician's museum in Blois but it was closed...we saw lovely castles instead and a spectacular drive along the river valley Loire to the city of Bordeaux. A must see is to return to Blois area when I next come to France! I would have liked to stay a week.
