We left sydney early afternoon and made our way North out of Sydney for an hour along the coast to Palm Beech, or better known as summer bay. Yes its here were the aussies film home and away!!!!
The is stunning and of course looks just like the show, we chilled for about an hour before setting off in the car again up the coast.
We made our way for a couple of hours past Newcastle to the penisular of Port Stephens, crashing at One Mile Beech for the night. The hostel was a great one, situated among trees full of Koalas with nice wooden cabins.
Paul was ready for his first experience of ring of fire and quickly got into the swing of it, throwing up all over my leg...nice one limus.
The follwoing morning the weather was pretty shitty so we decided not to hang around and start the drive up the coast and onto to Queensland.
